1965 Graviera Truffle by Arvanitis is the premium jewel of the 1965 range — a bold meeting of Greek cheesemaking tradition and the world’s most coveted ingredient, black truffle.

Made from pasteurised cow’s milk (at least 80%) blended with goat and sheep milk (up to 20%), enriched with truffle crumble that permeates the cheese evenly throughout. The result is a visually striking cheese — its dark, reddish rind is immediately recognisable — with an aromatic profile that pairs the rich, buttery base of graviera with the deep, earthy, and subtly fungal notes of truffle.
