    • We encourage you to get the products you order from the natural headquarters of the company, which is the Fanis’ Karamanlidika ‘Pastirma’ Store at 41, Evripidou Street in Athens and we suggest during the Payment of Order stage this way of delivery as the first natural choice. It is the simplest and most direct method for you to get your goods and is of course free of charge.

    2. Athens – Fanis’ Karamanlidika Home Delivery Service

    Fanis’ Karamanlidika runs a product delivery service to your home or workplace in Athens, with the company’s own means of transport, for telephone and online orders. The Fanis’ Karamanlidika Home Delivery Service covers 260 Postal Codes or 84% of Attica. It groups the areas served in the following zones, according to their distance and transit time from the company’s headquarters in downtown Athens:

    Downtown: the center of Athens, with 46 postal codes and free shipping.

    Zone A: districts close to the center, with 25 postal codes and a charge of three euros.

    Zone B: municipalities of Athens and Piraeus, with 166 postal codes and a charge of five euros.

    Zone C: remote areas of Athens, with 23 postal codes and a charge of ten euros.

    Availability

    The Fanis’ Karamanlidika Home Delivery service operates from Monday to Saturday. Usual delivery times are 10:00 – 17:00.

    It is necessary to consult with the customer to fix the exact time span for delivery.

    Delivery time ranges from one to three (1-3) days.

    A scheduled change in service availability is taking place over the Christmas holiday period.

    We offer our customers the possibility to save on the shipping fee, with free shipping in the areas covered by the Fanis’ Karamanlidika Home Delivery Service, when:

    3. Attiki Region – Shipping by KTEL (Greek countryside bus service)

    KTEL is a passenger and small merchandise transport company running long-distance bus routes. We can undertake the shipment of your order with the KTEL of your prefecture, upon consultation. To use the service, the order must have been paid for.

    Shipment with KTEL Attica includes 27 postal codes, with a fee of ten euros. The company “KTEL of Attica Region SA” undertakes the transport of unaccompanied parcels and runs bus routes in and around the prefecture of Attica, to the following destinations (and Postal Codes):

    4. Shipping by Carrier

    The company “Fani’s Karamanlidika” undertakes the shipment of your order through a transport company, throughout Greece, upon consultation. The order must have been paid in advance to be able to use this service. The parcel is delivered exclusively at the transport agency’s headquarters.

    The shipment with a Transport Agency within Attica includes 9 postal codes, with a fee of ten euros, to the following island destinations: Aegina (18010), Poros Troizinias (18020), Methana (18030), Hydra (18040), Spetses (18050), Salamis (18900, 18901, 18902, 18903).

    Parcels travel according to the terms and obligations of the carrier, under the responsibility of the customer. You can choose a transport company for all the geographical departments and regions of Greece by viewing the Register of Transport Companies for Goods and Passengers – National Electronic Register of the Ministry of Transport.

    5. Shipping with “ELTA Mail – Domestic Parcels

    Fanis’ Karamanlidika undertakes the dispatch of your order via the Greek Post Office (ELTA) using ELTA service “Correspondence – Domestic parcels”, throughout Greece, upon consultation, based on the current ELTA price list and a fee of ten euros. To use the service, the order must have been paid for. The parcel can only be delivered and therefore picked up at the Post office.

    Home delivery

    Dear friends and customers, Fanis’ Karamanlidika runs a product delivery service to your home or workplace, with the company’s own means of transport, regarding your phone and online orders.

    We deliver the order to your home (within Athens), with a delivery time of one to three (1-3) days.

    Usual delivery times are 10:00-17:00.

    We offer the possibility of airtight packaging in a vacuum machine, for cut products, for a fee of 0.30 euros per package.

    Shipment of products sold at the Karamanlidika Store takes place on Mondays and Thursdays every week. If our itineraries, which cross the whole of Attica Region, pass through your Municipality, on these particular days, shipping is FREE. In other cases, shipment of products is charged (depending on the distance from the company headquarters, in the center of Athens) as follows: 3-5 euros for the Municipality of Athens, 5 euros for the Municipalities of Athens and 10 euros for some, remote areas of Attica.
