Crafted from pasteurised cow’s milk blended with local goat and sheep milk from Tinos, it is a cheese of balanced, rich character. Its firm texture, pale interior, and buttery aroma with gentle sweet-tangy notes make it equally enjoyable on its own or in cooking.
