Made from 100% pasteurised sheep’s milk with up to 10% goat’s milk — sourced from flocks grazing the hills of Argolida — this graviera is aged for a full year. The 12-month ageing process develops a deep, complex flavour with intense buttery notes, a subtle peppery finish, and aromas reminiscent of roasted nuts and long-matured cheeses.
