1965 Graviera Roda by Arvanitis, produced in Neochorouda, Thessaloniki, is the classic, traditional version of the 1965 range — no spices, no extracts, just the pure, authentic flavour that lets the quality of the milk speak for itself.

Made from pasteurised cow’s milk (at least 80%) blended with goat and sheep milk (up to 20%), with only milk, salt, rennet, and lactic cultures as ingredients. Its natural brown rind, free from added colourings or coatings, reflects a traditional production approach that respects the raw ingredient above all.

The texture is supple and creamy, with a rich buttery aroma and a flavour that balances gentle sweetness with a light saltiness. Perfect on a cheese board, grated over pasta or risotto, melted in toasties, grilled, or simply sliced alongside fresh fruit and honey.
