The «1965 Yellow Graviera» by Arvanitis, produced in Neochorouda, Thessaloniki, is a cheese that stands out at first glance — its deep, golden-yellow rind is the signature of a truly unique production process.

Crafted from a blend of pasteurised cow’s milk (at least 80%) and goat-sheep milk (up to 20%), it is enriched with spiced nemenού peel, citrus extracts, and brown sugar — a combination that gives the rind its vivid colour, aromatic warmth, and a subtle sweetness. Aged for 35 days, it develops a rich, aromatic character with gentle fruity undertones.

Perfect on a cheese board, grated over pasta or risotto, melted in toasties and sandwiches, or simply sliced alongside fresh grapes and honey. A cheese with a distinctive personality that elevates any table.
